Geographic Scope
This refund policy applies to orders placed through prozelonyrxelul.world from Ireland. We sell dietary supplements to customers in the European Union. Refunds are processed in accordance with EU and Irish consumer law.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a distance contract and request a refund. This applies to unopened products in original packaging.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Process
Upon receipt of the returned product in saleable condition, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
Exclusions
Sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed may not be returned. Products showing signs of use beyond inspection may be rejected.
